[My Feedback] Couldn't be happier

My new 3DS with capture card just arrived yesterday and after trying it out for a few hours I must say I couldn't be happier. Every question I sent via e-mail was responded to quickly and politely, the parcel got here in good time, the set-up instructions were easy to follow... I could go on and on about how great the service was. Literally never had better. I'll let this video demonstrate the quality of the product, though:
