[Support Solved] Someone help a confused Australian out!

Hi there!

I am currently looking to get my 3DS sent off and getting a capture card installed in it.

Navigating this website is extremely confusing as not everything translates with google, specially the check out page. That is where i am getting stuck and confused.

I want to be able to have an address and send it off too and of course pay via paypal. Im sure you offer it but getting to that part is hard.

I was also wondering on the price it seems that after conversion (euro to au) it costs $370 au to send off (244,00 €) Where as if i was to send it to loopy on the US site it would cost me $269 au ($245 usd)

So any help would greatly be appreciated as i am trying to get a capture board on my 3ds as soon as possible.

Hi Andrew

First of all using Firefox is easier and displays better with my website, sorry for that!

The address to send off will be displayed in the confirmation page when you order and you get an email as confirmation with all details as well!
One hint - generally all companies in Europe have to have an IMPRESSUM, there you can see who is the owner and the full address of the shop.

For the payment method I'm a bit surprised about your question. The payment (Zahlungsmethode) there is two choices the top one says PayPal with a Logo for their payment, the bottom says Bank Transfer in multiple languages.

Once you made your choice and entered your address, you hit "EINKAUF"

That's it!

About prices, you have to understand, that the US Shop is managed by Neal Tew (Loopy) and European by me. We calculate our prices independent!
And your calculation is wrong:

The 245$ from the US site is only for the USA for International you pay 270$ or EMS even 280$.
Compare to me:
217€ equals 282$ including the shipment for Germany already. And 11€ more for the complete Europe!

And as most important part, consider that this i already in Europe then, so no taxes no customs comes on top. This is the final price.

And for you as an Australian customer the shipping prices differ from other countries (35€ is lots, but I have to pay even 5€ more, then I do charge you for the shipping). On top, I have to pay 4 times more for PayPal from Australia, then for other countries.

The only thing you can do about the Price would be, get together with some guys and make it as one order, then you can get a discount and save on the shippment both ways.
