I had been emailing with questions all throughout Friday and they were answered kindly and really quick even with the time difference! I thought I was going to buy one the following Tuesday but ended up being able to on Sunday. I received it on WEDNESDAY, 3 days after I had ordered!(I live in the US) It came super well packed and I downloaded the software from the site here and had it going in minutes! everything was quick painless and it's working great! I really can't thank you enough. I seriously can't put my appreciation into words. I look forward to shopping here again soon
