Question about transport fees

Hello.

I've a question. On the website, it say that the cost for a simple pack is 209€. But, I'd like to send it from France. So, do I pay 209€, 224€ or 239€ ?
Also, when I click on the "in den warenkorb" button, it say that I can't buy it, and I don't know why.
Can you explain me ?

How much does the Capture Card cost?
The 3DS Capture Card-Basic Set is 209,00€ including 19% tax.
The 3DS Capture Card-Extended Set is 215,00€ including 19% tax.
The 3DS Capture Card-Value Set is 228,00€ including 19% tax.

+ Additionally we will charge you for the shipping costs, back to you via the invoice. The shiping costs inside Germany are 6,50€ and inside all European countries 15,00€. If somebody wishes DHL Express then additionaly 12,00€ more.

And local at your Post-Office you also pay the shipping from france to germany (I guess around 10€)
