Problem with the Noise Filter

Hello, the capture card that I ordered has been working perfectly; however the noise filter seems to be broken all of the sudden, because no matter how many settings I change, only one audio track out of two appear while exporting the video to Sony Vegas. I tried removing the noise filter and, although the noise makes it obviously impossible to hear anything, while exporting to Sony Vegas two tracks appear, so I'm 100% positive it's the noise filter. Do you guys send a new one like Floppy does (I think) or do I buy one myself?

Hi Antonio,
This is one of the Problem with the "cheapo" Noise-Filters, they just don't last for Long and of course it depends on how you handle them.
Besides "Loopy" does not just send them out like that, I have read that in the forum as well.

I have to see it, I can't just send them out like that.
Althogh the standard is a "cheapo Noisefilter" it slill costs something and I can't get replacement from my deliverer if I don't have it back.
The only problem is, that it is questionable if it pays to to pay the postal shipment to me.
We will find a solution for it!
