W10 and 3DS Capture Card

Hello,

I am French and I have just received my Console equipped with the 3DS Capture Card. Except that I can not use it! My PC detects the connection as an unknown device. I tried different ports (on two different PCs) but nothing works.

I also tried to install the Driver, but it does not work better ... What to do?

Windows 10 is no problem, I personally use it like that.
Of course you have to install the drivers first, as with all devices under Windows.
Also make sure that your system drivers are updated.
You received a e-mail where you got more instructions and links for the driver and viewer software together with your tracking information.
