Two capture boards on one computer ?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm planning on buying a second capture board on this site (I'm fully satisfied with the first one I got a year ago). But I wonder how it will work on my computer. I'm surely going to have to open the software twice, but then, how will my computer separate the two video flux ? Will there be any sort of problem ?

Just so you know, I have an old 3DS + capture board and I'm planning on buying a new 3DS XL + capture board (don't know if it will help solving my question).

You should not have any problems, as the Software is capable to run multiple times, but in your case it is anyways different.
You got a Capture Card for a old 3DS made by Neal Tew (Loopy) and now you are going to order a NEW 3DS XL Capture Card that is made by Keity (Katsukity) this will work fine
