System Transfer

Hi!
Is this possible to System Transfer from my old 3DS without Capture Card to New 3DS with Capture Card (and NAND mod) ordered here? I mean by using Nintendo built-in System Transfer Tool. Is it even possible? Will it mess with capture software? Sorry im completely newb on that matter.

Yes, of course, it will even preserve the NAND Mod

You will have to update to the latest firmware on both systems, and then do a systemtransfer.
The Capture Card is a hardware device that is working parallel to the 3DS.
So the firmware and software does not matter at all, it will all be captured

Thank you very much for that infos. I have bunch of games purchased directly from Nintendo eShop which i would like to record. Now i cant wait to get my 3DS with CC from you guys ^^
