Disconnecting

If the USB cable is moved in any way it will disconnect, I know it's not my computers as I have tried multiple PCs/Macs, if I can find another USB cable I will try that so hopefully it isn't the connection.

If it continues this way, please send it to me, I will check it! And if necessary replace the USB-Port.

Hi Merki, I think I mentioned this just after I recieved the 3DS, it still works perfectly but after using it instead of disconnecting every few minutes it's now not connecting whatsoever, I know it's the USB cable and not the actual connection on the 3DS itself though. Is there any chance of getting a replacement cable please?

You get a brand new USB-cable delivered, if it is not working from start I assume it is faulty from the fabric. In this rare case I do replace them.
To get a replacement, you have to send the faulty to me, so I can check it.

If they stop working after that, I have to assume that it is the way People are using them.
Cables and batteries are parts that get worn out - for this there is no warranty! These parts depend on how people use them.

I can only say to check if it is the USB cable, by using a new/different one.
They are inexpensive and can be ordered from Amazon for example for about 5 Euro (Micro USB).

Thanks, yeah it's definitely the USB cable, I've managed to use another Micro USB although I'm having to borrow it at the moment as none of my other ones except that one work, can I order the exact same USB cable from somewhere?

I'm not sure who is offering this in Netherland, but it is a Synergy 21 product.

I'm sure that one from Amazon (Amazon Basics) should work fine too and it should be fairly cheap - if you get it from Netherlands instead of getting it shipped from Germany.
