About Delivering costs

Hello there!

I'm a bit new here, and just went up the FAQ and I wish to have a couple more details answered:
A 19€ Deliver cost from another country is equal to one part of the deliver process or both send/receive?
Can I send more than 1 3DS with different tasks needed in a single deliver?

Why I ask this second question is because me and a friend would want to send both our consoles ( a New3DS and a New3DS XL ) for a capture board installation ( not really soon, we still have to gather enough money ) and we also have 2 old 3DS that have problems and need some repairs:

The first one is a Red 3DS who got its 2 parts separated ( that means some wires got cut between those 2 main parts ) making it unable to be powered on.
The second is a White 3DS who ( after being a little bit short-circuited by a watered thumb at the + pad location ) can barely give a sign of life: you have to press really hard on the power button to first have 2-3 seconds of a blue LED signal then nothing, and at the second try the power LED turns on, the lights behind the screens will turn on for a few seconds, then the LED will remain alone until the power runs out or the battery gets removed. Then in goes back to step one. I suspect a battery problem, even if using a friend's battery instead of mine didn't solved anything. Anything aside from that should work well. The last times it managed to power on, the console had to be recharging, then I had to pull out the wire a second after power on and then I could see again the home menu. However, after some time or entering any game/software, I would encounter an error willing me to shut down the console.

If the answer is yes to the second question, we are most likely to send you 4 consoles including 2 for a capture board install and 2 for some repairs, if possible.

Hi Marty

You can send as many consoles as you want in any way you think
What I care about it when I send them back, as the transportation companies are insuring them only 550 EUR per parcel.
So if the value is more then the 550 EUR then you have to decide how I should send them back, this is something we should discuss in private by e-mail

About the new 3DS your should have seen by now that we do not support any other sizes than XL.
AND we do not have a delivery date for it.

About your repairs, I have to see them by my self, then I can tell you what has to be repaired...

Oops Yeah I totally forgot about the New 3DS not usable for any capture board XD...
I think I didn't understand completely what you said about that 550€ limit of something, so yeah I guess we'll have to talk about it more precisely.
Besides, the command isn't happening soon, 1st because you are sold out on the boards and 2nd because me and my friend sill have to gather the whole money nessessary for at least 3 consoles concerned.
And we just spoke together, and concluded that 1 capture card is sufficient.

It is nothing because of the numbers of console itself, but the value is what matters:
The transportation companies insure all parcels aginst lost or damage up to 550 EUR. If the value is higher then you have to arrange an extra insurance for that higher value.
The result is, that it makes more sense to have it split into two parcels, instead of paying lots more for extra insurance...

However I think that 3 3DS with only one of them getting a capture board might not cap 550€, unless the repairs are really expensive.
Anyway, we'll wait for the remaining money we need and for the next arrivals on your side.

Hi Marty

It depends how you see it 3x a 3DS is alredy 500 Eur worth, and the Capture Card 200 so in my eyes it is more then the 550 EUR, it has nothing with the costs you pay to me to do with - it's when it get lost how much is it worth for you!
