Ordered it, paid it, got nice emails that informed me about everything, and 4 days later it came with the mail.
Installation was child's play, too, it immediately worked and is a solid piece of hardware.
10/10, 5 stars, would buy again.

Gotta have to edit this post since i noticed the 3ds capture card seems to conflict with my webcam (a logitech c920).
When i have the capture software opened my webcam image flickers and gets distorted, when i close it, it's fine again - reproducable.
Switching USB ports all around did not help.
EDIT 2:
After lowering the webcam quality it seems to work fine, probably a Motherboard USB data pass-through bottleneck.
