Hello,

I just ordered a NINTENDO 3DS + 3DS CAPTURE CARD + CONTROLLER MOD.
So I wanted to pay with Bank Transfer, but I received a mail which said that my order was incomplet because I had not paid yet. But I already have paid.
I would really like to see this problem solved, because I don't even know if my order has been received or not.

When you just place an order inside the shop and choose bank-transfer then it is not paid until we can see your payment at our bank-account - this takes a day or two.
Even if you did paid just a minute after your order, how should we know that you pay?
The confirmation is an Information for you - what to do next, if you made already the transfer, then everything is fine.
As soon it gets here, we will confirm the receipt of your payment with another E-Mail saying that we got it:)
