[My Feedback] Excellent and Insanely Fast!

I was looking to buy a capture card to hopefully stream and record Pokemon content, as previously I would use a camera recording the screen which wasn't ideal. When I found Merki's site (especially since he is EU based!) I was extremely excited for the opportunity to get my old Phat DS have a capture card installed!

Merki has done incredible work with it, and I couldn't be happier with what I received. The installation was super quick, which I wasn't expecting at all! My DS was returned to me in just over a week since I had sent it away to get the capture card installed. My console arrived in the same condition as what I had sent it away as, and the box was very secure and protected when it was sent back to me, no damage at all! Merki is very trustworthy to keep your console safe, especially during the shipping process!

As for the functionality, it works perfectly! It was really easy to install the correct programs and drivers needed to run the software of the capture card. All I needed to do was plug my ds in and the Capture software detected it immediately. I had no trouble at all in working with it and it is very easy to use! There is absolutely no lag at all between my Phat DS and the capture software on my computer, and it looks great visually!

Overall I am extremely pleased with the service! Sending in my DS was easy and the installation and return was so quick! I can't wait to start using it to produce more video content. Merki is excellent and very professional in the work that was done, and I couldn't be happier at all with it! I was even sent some surprise sweets along with my returned DS! I would absolutely recommend Merki to anyone looking to buy a capture card!
