[My Feedback] 10/10 experience

I was mulling over getting into streaming Pokemon VGC and eventually decided to take the plunge. I was hesitant at first, and in my country, there isn't any streamers, as such I don't really have anyone I could ask for advice. I emailed Stefan directly to clarify on price, how to ship in my 3ds, how long it would take etc. His reply was prompt and friendly and so clear that it was a very straightforward process for me to do. After emailing him that I had shipped my 3ds, I received an email about a week later from Stefan telling me the 3ds capture card was installed and already being shipped. Pretty fast considering I live in Southeast Asia. I received my 3ds and it was packaged nicely and Stefan even included sweets!

After that however, as I'm using a Macbook, I had trouble finding the right software. Stefan patiently answered my queries, and even gave me a link for 3ds capture software, which in the original video was given the n3ds link, and suggested for me to try it. However, I suspected it was due to the lack of compatible software. I was quite down, and was even thinking of spending more money to get a cheap windows laptop. Today, I downloaded a trial version of Parallels Desktop for Mac, and decided to try the capture software. I was thinking, hey, if this works, I could just get the Parallels Desktop software to run the 3ds capture software instead of spending more on a new laptop. After the installation, lo and behold, it works!!!! And seamlessly I might add, without any noticeable lag or loss in frame rate. I am so happy right now.
