One word summarizes my experience with Merki: Awesome!

I bought a New 3DS capture card. Due to me being stupid, my console was sent and arrived even much later at his shop. He even contacted me on his own wondering if I had already sent my console.
Very good support, replying within less than 12 hours and sometimes even within less than an hour. My console + capture card was already on its way back to me a few hours after it arrived at his shop.

I can only recommend his amazing service.

The capture card works perfectly fine and the instructions on the site are clear and complete as well.
