Communication with Stefan Merki was extremely easy and convenient. He answered all the questions I had very quickly and friendly. He even changed the battery from my 3DS because it was damaged.
I got the capture card about 2 weeks after I placed my order and most of that time was because of shipping the console from Finland to Germany and back to Finland.
