I sent my 3DS to Comtronic Merki from the UK on Thursday 6th, and got it back on Friday 14th - remarkably quick! It must have been received on Monday and sent back on Tuesday! Very impressed with the speedy and professional service provided. The display looks great, and although the mic port on my laptop only records audio from the left speaker of my 3DS, that's in no way a fault of anything on Comtronic Merki's end (I've ordered a cheap stereo female to mono male adapter to fix the audio of a game I have that doesn't have mono output as an option) - it's just that my laptop's mic port doesn't accept stereo input. I'm very satisfied with the product and service!
