My personal Feedback - with customer Amadou (Taicho Raiek)

To tell you this first, I'm always there to listen and to help you, but this is way too much and getting personal:

This set was sold brand new a month ago.
He fixed it himself or gave it to somebody to fix. And after all he used super-glue to fix the audio jack :o .
First he asked for repair and sent his console to me in this condition:

Now the customer wants a refund, he believes that the Motherboard was defective right from the beginning.
I'm personal shocked, what does this guy belive?
He broke and trashed it badly, then he messed it up, without contacting me first and now he want's his money back - cool :(

I told him that if there is something defective, he has to contact me first, I always fix or replace things if I could be responsible for the defect. Otherwise I make an offer to fix.
But this is ridiculous! :roll: :shock:
