I recently ordered an Old-Model-3DS Capture Card, and it's working perfectly. The customer service was excellent. I had a few questions before ordering, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The shipping was fast- only 10 business days to Florida, U.S. (with flat-rate shipping). The quality of the Capture Card is also great, the USB port is firmly in place and doesn't move at all.
Instructions on how to setup the software (which was very quick and simple) were also included in an email, as well as the software and driver itself.
