Merki truly went above and beyond in terms of his service for the installation of the New 3DS XL capture board. I shipped my New 3DS XL to him on Thursday, June 8 (I live in US East Coast) through USPS Priority shipping, and he confirmed that it arrived on Tuesday, June 13 with no damage to the box. He promptly installed the capture card on the day it arrived, and sent it out for shipment on the same day (I paid for Express Shipping). He even followed my tall request of shipping it in the original packaging I sent it in, and it arrived on Friday, June 16! It works perfectly, and he truly has an amazing turnaround time!

His instructions on how to use the Katsukity 3DS viewer were very clear as well. Also, he is very prompt with his replies back to my many inquiries. Hope that Merki can keep up the amazing work!
