Meine Erfahrungen:

Auf E-Mail-Anfragen wird schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, sogar am Wochenende wurde mir geantwortet, was mich positiv überraschte.
Der Umbau und die Rücklieferung meines 3DS lief schnell und problemlos innerhalb einer Woche ab und die Qualität ist 1A.
Ich persönlich kann es nur empfehlen und hat sein 11/10 mehr als verdient.

My experience:

The support answered questions, sent via email, in an amazing speed, helpful and friendly. I even got my answers sometimes on the weekend, and i was positively surprised.
The installation and return of my 3DS went smooth within a week and the video quality is great.
It's worth it's money and the 11/10 rating is well deserved.
