Delivery (English)

Hi everyone. I'm just here hoping to get some answers and to put my mind at ease. I've tried contacting through the about page but my question keeps expiring.

I ordered a 3DS Capture Card on the 30th of June and I have no idea what's going on. If someone could help me out I would be very grateful.

How long does it take from when my order was placed for the package to be shipped?
I believe I paid for a 3DS with an already installed capture card but if not could I cancel my order to get the one I want?

I've been checking back on Merki frequently and all it says is it's processing and has been like that for about a week. If one of the administrators needs my order number then I can give it. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong area of the forum but I really need to know these things.

You should have simply contacted me by e-mail, I would have been able to help you out quicker :)

You placed an order for a Capture Card only. The shop option you choose says:
For the installation, send us your console.

I was waiting on you to send me in your device...

If you like I can change your order or cancel it and send you your money back.
Then you can start from beginning, whatever works the best for you.

That would be brilliant if the order could be cancelled. Is there still a pre made Capture Card 3DS in stock?

I also wish to ask and sort out a few questions with the capture card but every time I try to go through the contact page the verification process times out.

There is a compatibility problem with the website contact form in English and French language :( I'm working on it but my time is very limited...
