How to Order Capture Card from USA

Hi My name is Kyle and I live in the USA. I spoke with the installer from Europe on the USA capture card forum who said they be able to let me send in a 3ds from the USA to have a capture card installed. They recommended against it because of shipping costs, but I want to do it anyways.

I sent a private message to Tecd0c about this, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to order from the USA? I went to the order page to order a 3ds capture card but I was unable to select United States under the country. Is there a work-around so that I can order one through the site and then send in the 3ds? If anyone knows what information to put let me know as I would love to place my order!
