1) Quelle est la version de l'OS des 3ds que vous vendez ?
2) Sont-elles des 3ds PAL ?

No, this is only for this (old) 3DS consoles, the new 3DS XL are Fw 9.4 and 9.9
The linker will work for th (old) 3DS, for the new 3DS XL only with a Hax beforehand.
And yes, you can update to anything - the 3DS Capture Card is a hardware Mod so it does not matter what software is runing
