Questions about availability and shipping

Sorry, I only speak English and I am having trouble navigating the website and finding the information I need. I apologize for possibly asking what may have been answered on the website already. I do not mean to be a nuisance.

Will pre-installed capture boards and GC controller mods be available soon for the 3DS XL? And does this company ship to U.S. residents?

We are affiliated with the Capture Card producer Neal (Loopy), he is located in the USA!
So we do not deliver to the USA, as he is providing the same service but faster for your Country as the shiping times and costs are much lower for you!

About the availability you have to ask him as I'm depending on his delivery

I thought you might say that. Would you perhaps be willing to make an exception for a U.S. customer? I would pay the extra shipping costs, and I do not mind waiting at all. Loopy unfortunately rarely has systems available, and once I find out he has one available, it is sold out by the time I get there. I have been trying to buy a system from Loopy since August 2014.

Additionally, he does not install GC controller mods either; he only sells them.
Furthermore, as far as I know, he still has not made ready 3DS XL systems. Loopy is only one man, and he currently cannot meet the demand for systems, unfortunately. And he has not been updating his potential customers on availability for months now.

All of this has made me more than willing to pay extra shipping costs. I'll continue trying to purchase from Loopy, but I doubt I will be able to catch one when they became available for a short period of time. They sell far too quickly for me to keep up.

I am aware. I am wanting a PAL system, not a U.S. system! If I buy from loopy, I will be purchasing a European 3DS to send to him. So your shop is perfect! ^_^
