I bought a capture card from Katsukity last year. I never needed a product key for the viewer and it worked well but today while I was using it, it suddenly asked me for a product key. I still have the instructions paper but there is no product key, only the instructions to install the software. Can you help me please ?

Unfortunately not, they are broke and do not work anymore..

so what should I do to continue recording my capture card ?

You got three options:
1. get a used one from somebody
2. depending on what console you have I might have a new Capture Card for you that could be installed into your device.
3. get a new Set - NEW 2DS XL with Capture Card.

for the last two, hurry up as there are only few left for good!
