Product Key Help

I got a capture card from Katsukity 4 years ago. Yesterday my viewer started to ask for product key. I still have the invoice and instructions paper that they sent with the console but couldn’t find the product key. Can you help?

Normally I can purchase a lost key from them for 25 Euro, and I do resell them for 30 Euro. But my contact person does lately not respond to me…
If you have the Paper, there should be a key printed on.

I do not have a contact to them anymore.
So nothing I can do about your problem, except to sell you a new Capture Card…
