3DS capture no sound from computer (micro usb setup)

Hello,

I just received my capture 3DS.

Everything has been installed properly but i'm not able to make the sound working from my computer sound coming from my 3DS
I used the micro usb connector and i don't want to add the aux jack cable for that.

Windows 10 64bit.
Driver recognize (see screenshot)
Stereo Mixage OK + listen option tick but nothing coming.

Motherboard is Asrock Z370 Pro4 audio drver has been installed
Realtek high definition audio ver:8470_UAD_WHQL_ASR from 2018/7/23 (asrock website)

The sound setting is grey

I've try with two different micro usb cable.

problem solved, changing the transfert mode in the software
