[Support Solved] New 3ds Xl capture card Capture software is showing black

Dear team,
I have just recieved my new 3ds XL back with a capture card installed.
When I installed the capture software and drivers Windows did not recognise the hardware,
I managed to manually install the drivers and it is now coming up in the device manager as 3ds capture. However the capture software when I run it shows two black windows.
Can you help me to get this to work.
I have tried it on all 3 of my usb 3 Ports as well as through a usb 2 hub.

Hi Noel
This sounds like you are using the wrong client.
Did you use the NEW 3DS View-Client v113?
And I would guess that you also installed the wrong driver.
You got the NEW Capture Card made by Keity so you need this: NEW 3DS Gerätetreiber Installer
I sent you a e-mail with links to the proper drivers with your tracking Information.

Im so sorry,
I just found that email it had gone to my junk folder in outlook. Downloaded the client and drivers from that email and they are working now.
I feel rather silly now lol it was rather simple in the end.
