So today I recieved my New 2DS XL Capture card but when I connected it to my PC I got this wierd sound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hv5b2tMev8

Any help would be appriciated and all I did with this DS was tranfer data from my Previous Capture card to this one

Sounds like your drivers are not installed right, thats a USB connect sound that indicates that something was not complete or something.

Ok that solves that mystery but now on to the next where would I be able to find Katsukity Cap card Drivers? I was unable to find them on their website...

The driver links I sent you by E-Mail with your tracking information already.
Also the they are at my website under Info -> Downloads.
