I'm french so sorry if my english is bad (i use an translator) but i have a problem with my capture board.

When I try to start Homebrew there is a black screen. My friend say it's because I try do do the update (cause i play at sun&moon and it was required to have access to online features).
So I lost all my games, my pokemon bank ... but okay maybe it's my fault (I don't think you have an soluce for me ?)

The problem is now I can't use the console to add friend (for pokemon, to have safaris) because it still requires updating. And my friend told me don't do it otherwise I would lose my capture board.

So I can't longer play (i'm shiny hunter).

I don't know what to do, can you hep me ? Shall I send them the console? Will they be able to repair it?

I hope somebody arrive to understand me.

Also is this only soft capturing or do you have a real 3DS Capture Card?
On what firmware are you now?

There is always a solution, also homebrew is possible up to the current firmware.

It is a real 3ds white with the black box behind.

I don't know what is the Nand Mod

The Version is 9.2.0-4E when i start and after normally i choose "boot rxTools" but that black screen
