No video and no audio

my 3ds capture card won't put any audio and video out, but my pc still detects the capture card.
is there a way to solve this issue?

Did you try to use the 3DS Capture Card at a different PC?
Or with different/new USB-Cable?

I tried both and it didn't solve the problem.
