Hola, estaba usando mi consola 3DS con la capturadora instalada por vuestra empresa y de repente la pantalla inferior de la consola ha empezado a verse mal. Con los colores distorsionados. He intentado arreglarlo reinstalando los drivers, el programa, cambiando el cable pero nada ha funcionado.

¿Cual es la solución a este problema?

Hello, I was using my 3DS with with Capture and suddenly the Lower Display Console has wrong. With distorted colors. I tried to fix it by reinstalling the drivers , the program , changing the cable, but nothing worked .

If it worked a month already, it does not look like the Installation is faulty, but you could reseat the board and see if it does the same...

It is not the cable, then also the top screen would be desorted too, since the Information is digitally submitted.

If this does not solve it then I should better have a look at it

This problems it's only in the program, in my 3Ds I see the bottom screen good.



I reseat the board but it didn't work.

If you want to see the problem better i have a video of a game in my Youtube's Channel.

It looks like a faulty board, if the 3DS would have it aswell then possibly the installation might not be perfect, but this seems the board is defective!
Please send it in, then I can check it for you!
