Sound not recording

I recently bought a capture card and it worked perfectly on my old PC.
However, on this new PC, the sound plays through the speakers, but is not recorded in the final recording. To my knowledge I've done nothing differently when setting everything up this time. All the options are exactly as they should be, I've attached some screenshots.
I can hear the sound through the PC, but no actual sound is recorded! It's really disappointing because the quality of the video is so good.
