Hello!
I got yesterday the 3DS I ordered, but I'm experiencing some issues with the audio.
I can record the video without any problems, but the volume control of the audio isn't available, I can't hear it in my pc and I can't record it.


In the documentation in the CD, I found this piece of information:


So, according to that, the problem is that DirectX isn't installed correctly in my pc, but I've already installed the most recent version from the official site.

I don't get what I'm doing wrong...
Help?

Try installing your Soundcard Drivers again, or get the latest ones from the chipsetmanufacturer.

Funny enough, I had to install some old drivers (the 2009 package). I found them here... leaving the url for anybody who experiences the same problem.
