Hello, so I received my capture card today for the 3ds & I'm having problems setting up.

I downloaded something named dual capture & it gives me a display but no sound & when I record it comes out a little laggy.

I am using mavericks on my mac so I'm up to date.

I'm not able to downloaded anything from the installation disc because the mac won't let me as they are windows software.

Could someone please help me because I have no idea!
