I purchased a new 3ds with a katsukitty board from someone on ebay it has stopped working after i upgraded the graphics card on my pc and asks for a product key can you help?

Thank you for the help in case anyone wonders it costs 30 euro for a new product key.

Nope it is included into your purchase! But, this device has not been bought at my store. So I have to request a new Key from Japan!
