Capture card stopped working properly

Capture card stopped working properly

Postby PatrickDJ1994 » Sat 16. Sep 2017, 16:15

Hello,

I bought this capture card about a year ago but when I tried to use it today the capture worked for like 5 seconds and then it just stopped working all I saw was a black screen.
Plugging the USB back into the 3DS after taking it out for like a min didnt work it was just the same issues I tried shutting off my Firewall and try it again but no luck I even tried multiple Cables

If this is a known fix for this without sending in my 3DS that would be nice becouse I prefer not sending it in

There is nothing I can do about it from here.
You will have to send it in for repair, it sounds like a broken USB-Port.

USB-Ports and Battery are wear and tear items, with 6 months limited warranty.
At the shop you can purchase the repair if you like.

Sure,

The packing and address are here at the FAQ:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=12#paket

after you have packed and wrapped it, go to your local Post-Office. This should be the cheapest way of sending it to me.
Just make sure you are using a insured parcel, so in case they lost it, you get at least the money for your console and Capture Card back from them...
