Cant get 3ds Xl capture card to work at all

Hey i got me 3ds XL capture card off of ebay a long time ago and it has been great but recently i got a new computer and it was working fine but then it needed fixing and when the computer was all done i can no longer get it to work.
I use n3DSview_ver701_r5 while selecting n3DS_view(x64) and it just keeps saying "capture device not found". I have even entered the product key manually but still nothing.

I really dont know what else to do and its really preventing me from recording many things im planning on.

You need the driver first. The software will ask for the productkey later!

the device driver…
it is in the subfolder called drivers.
