Problems with driver installastion

After installing the driver it dosn't show up as 3ds capture, help!

Some more Information please!

What OS? did you install the Drivers?
did you try using the Software to capture? And what message do you get?

Win7 64bit. I clicked the driver, and in command it said the driver was being extracted etc. When it was over i opened the softwarw capture nothing happened. I will check out more when i get home from work

Ok, I don't get any error message, when using the software capture, it's just black.

Did you install the Driver with right-klick run as Administrator?

And try disabling the antivirus-program...

Did you try a different USB Port?

Ok, I tried changing usb port, it actually worked. I only have 3.0 usb ports so I didn't think it would matter.
The capture software worked fine, both video and sound!
