Could you add a capture card to a japanese 3DS? I know it's been done by the seller of the same card in the states.

Also if I posted it how long does it take you to modify the card and then post back? Could I add some money for a faster return postage?

The region does not matter for my installs, so just any region is fine.

The processing times are at the Portal, there you can see the current times, at the Moment 2 days.
