Bonjour. Je voulais savoir le temps de livraison des New 3DS XL une fois pré-acheter.

La prévente commence au 3ième Avril 2016, mais la livraison des consoles est dépendent de la position de ta commande entre les autres clients. Alors, quand tu es le premier qui fait la commande, tu seras le premier qui recevoit son paquet.

Okay ! Et une fois envoyer je dois attendre combien de jours environ ?

Sorry, I do not understand why you are asking the same thing again!
As Lissy told you, it depends on the moment you buy it! As soon you do the order in our shop, you get from us a purchase number, with this you get on the order list with your position.
So nobody can tell you how long it will take, as nobody can tell when you order...

yeah i understand but after ? I would say when you send the 3DS , how long to receive the parcel ?

If you mean with "after" - how long are the shipping times from Germany to France - this should be 3-5 days.
If you mean after you placed your order - then you did not understand me... - then please read my post one more time!
