Will the regular DS Capture Cards ever get back in stock?

Hello.
First off, i would like to apologize if this has been asked many times, but so far, i have only seen topics from early-2017 (Might have missed some.)
I am really interested in buying a regular DS with a capture board pre-installed. But they're sold out everywhere, anytime I look.
If they ever get back in stock, what would the price be?
Sadly, i cannot send in my DS. Since I do not own the old model, and not sure where to look for them either.
I'm from The Netherlands, so it is hard for me to write in proper English, hope it is readable though.

Is there a reason you want the old DS model?
We have Capture Cards for 7 different 2DS/3DS models.

The old 3DS small will not return, as they are not produced and therefore not available at any market.
The shop has other models including a pre-installed console available.
At the moment, I got a last blue old 3DS XL available at the shop. Other than that there are the NEW 3DS XL and NEW 2DS XL available.

You might have misunderstood me, my bad. I should have mentioned that I mean the Phat DS.
The reason that I really would like to order the regular old DS capture card is because I have never been too interested in 3DS games. So I am looking for a cheaper alternative.
I hope these ever get back in stock, or are available to order somewhere.

No, they unfortunately will not.
Neal (Loopy) does not make them anymore.

I have an old (With custom firmware...) 3DS model, if I send it in, will you still be able to build in the capture board?

Did Loopy run out of materials or has he just decided to stop making them, i.e. is there a possibility that he may make some in the future?

The reason to stop the production is mainly technically. But of course due to the time needed to do the necessary changes, it is the personal effort to make it possible.
He would have to redesign totally the Capture Card, as there are two problems:

The Memory Chips to build the Capture Card are not available anymore (this could be changed with a new design) and the fastener/lock for the flexcable coming from the Classic DS itself going to the Capture Card is not produced by the Company anymore.
To solve this, a new design would be necessary to be able to Mount the Connection between the Mainboard and the Capture Board. Something like the other Flex cables used on all other consoles.

All of this would make it much expensier for all customers as the Console would have to be more disassembled and the Installation would be more complex to solder the flex cable then too.

If you consider all facts - it does not make sense to invest any effort into that as there are been only a few sales on the Classic DS Capture Cards.
