Streamer Looking To Buy U.S 3DS & Capture Card Setup

So, I just finished looking up Katsukity's Cards and actually nearly finished up a Donation Goal to purchase a capture card. However, a combination of bad rumors and the fact they expect to ship in March/April leads me to finding them a wanting option. Ergo, im looking for a new option now.

Im YugianBushido, And im hoping to catch Fates before its release. Maybe do some Awakening to hype up before hand, if i can get it early enough. but I only have Fates Planned right now.

I dont care for the color (Though i would like something like black if it can be helped XD), I just need the equipment. It also doesn't have to be in mint condition ether, im not in a time frame to be picky- but if it DOES have deficiencies, i would prefer that to be mentioned ahead of time. The only technical it needs is that it can play US region games- would be silly to /get/ the card and then not be able to use it now, eh?
