[BUY] Merki PAL 3ds with Capture installed

Loopy hasn't posted any news on new 3DS capture production, and I've been really interested in purchasing a 3DS (+Capture) recently.

Looking for one that's in good condition, has firmware not higher than 9.2. (4.5.-9.2.) and is a PAL system. Please also post the date you bought the 3DS capture from Merki!
